Same. If you cook/bake enough, some things eventually wear out and need to be replaced.

Are you sure all your pans are in good working condition? No matter how well I care for them, there comes a time to replace them. I love their GoldTouch series of bakeware.

I use my mandoline on a weekly (sometimes daily, esp in the summertime) basis but prefer the Benriner brand over anything I see/saw on the WS website.

I can, however, highly recommend...as a complete indulgence....the Rösle Garlic Press. Again, we use that "gadget" almost daily and the mechanics on it make it easy enough for our (then) 6-8 yo to use. Completely dishwasher safe and looks as good as new now 5+ years later.

Another luxury would be the Luxardo Maraschino Cherries. If you like a Manhattan or Old Fashioned, they are simply awesome.

I'm enjoying gadgets which allow for different cooking techniques, like the sous-vide already mentioned, a pasta maker attachment for my stand mixer, and a air fryer.

I have a vitamix, a good food processor, good baking sheets. Thinking of something like a mandolin to slice things for salads easier/ faster? Something to help with food prep? Any ideas?
