I guess we'll be eating lots of avos over the next week. I am going to google to figure out if I can freeze for anything other than smoothies though.

You can maybe get away with this if you puree smooth in the food processor and add a ton of avocado oil to get the proper mouthfeel. Or add crema if you're going non traditional

Anonymous wrote:Nope. You will have to buy guac. I dont understand why guac wouldnt be gluten free (possibly just processed in a facility that also does other things) but you can apologize to the host and explain. It's better than showing up empty handed if 25 people will be there.
