Research and locate 3-4 neighborhoods that satisfy your requirements. Find the experienced agent that knows that neighborhood. The pickings are slim for your options, that’s why connecting with each neighborhood’s experienced agent is your best choice.

Maybe a condo or an older smaller townhome in Springfield or Burke.

This is what i was wondering because that is not the case in most MD counties it's hit or miss.

Sure. This is precisely why Lee-Lewis is perpetually under
-enrolled.

Using this logic, OP should find a condo in the Justice or Edison or Lewis or Falls Church HS pyramids.

Where do you actually work? Commutes can be long here and fairfax is big… parts of the county are going to make more sense than others depending on commute.

Also where you work and how many days in office might mean other counties are options too. Not like fairfax is the only place to live around here

Op here. So maybe I should ask a different way bc there are houses in that price range in Fairfax. Are there decent schools in Springfield, Burke listing, or Alexandria.

Yes, you can find this. Burke is one community with smaller townhomes and condos sometimes in that price range. Probably not with 4 bedrooms, but you can find 3 bedroom units. Herndon, Newington, Springfield and perhaps Centreville may also have options. Check Zillow and similar sites.

I am.considering moving to Fairfax. I have elementary aged kids. Are there decent school pyramids with 3-4 bedrooms under 600k. What school districts or neighborhoods would you recommend.
