He will be unlawfully appointed because no one likes him enough to confirm and VA GOP will lose state elections for 10 years.

Are those the same polls that predicted the red wave?

People don’t want religious nutters who want to oppress women & LGTBQ.

Not to mention his.mistreatment of teachers and government employees.

He's an absolute snake. He faked being moderate but he shouldn't be able to play that trick twice.

He'll never match Abbot for cruelty unless he can find some kids to kidnap and leave in freezing temperatures. So he won't win a primary.

He could get lucky and win a Senate seat though, depending on what is going on at the time. That's what happened the first time, when parents channeled their COVID angst against Democrats.

+1

Look who wins the GOP primaries. The base prefers extra loud/vile/nasty candidates. Vest won’t win nationally. If he can come out and mock people with disabilities or use state funds for something like human trafficking then maybe he has a shot.

Independents now recognize that he’s a religious extremists. He won’t win anything else in VA.

Look at the supposed red wave. People are paying attention to these religious nutbags and their policies that harm women. Youngkin's made clear the horrors happening in Texas, with women being forced into sepsis while miscarrying, could happen here if we don't pay attention.

Hopefully the garbage can. Anticholinergic, notoriously bullied government employees trying to force people who'd been teleworking pre pandemic back into the office (they didn't even have office space for all of them). Anti LGBT policies.

Dude's not crazy enough to make it past the Republican primary so we'll see what cruelty he digs up.

I think he's exactly what this country needs. A breath of fresh air.

Youngkin is term limited after 4 years, meaning before his term ends in January 2025 he’s gonna have to have some game plan if he wants to remain a prominent political figure. Does he run for senate? Can he win? President?
