There was a display at the Giant in Rockville today, as well as the Target in Rio.

I got some at Rodman's.

Walgreens had some yesterday

Trader Joe’s has had them. I’ve seen them at CVS this year, but they sold out at my store. Aldi had them last year. I would expect Wegmans to have them since they have a British section.

Trader Joe’s also has the dark chocolates with an orange jelly center (delicious). Whole Foods has chocolate orange truffles.
