I would not discount that symptom which can indicate a serious lung or heart issue.

I had this. It’s how I knew I was pregnant. It’s caused by rising progesterone.

See a cardiologist.

40 vs 37, though still in decent shape. I hear you though.

That’s terribly sad. I’m sorry for your loss.

Anemic.

Take an iron pill + stool softener daily for a week and report back

This is a thing. It's part of how I realized I was pregnant early on. I was unusually winded when working out. Thank god I was pregnant pre-COVID bc I could not tolerate masking while pregnant.

Yes - experienced it in both my pregnancies. It did subside into the second trimester, fortunately. It was one of the earliest symptoms that showed up, along with an extremely stuffy nose (unfortunately, that never went away) and a very acute sense of smell.

I definitely had this! Maybe not quite as early as five weeks but it was my first symptom that I noticed -- like I'd get winded if I simply talked too long.

It can be. In old movies, women fainting would be how they found out they were pregnant (like vomiting is in today’s movies).

I’m just about 5wks pregnant, did some physical lifting upstairs preparing for the holidays and I am winded! Whew. Is this a thing? I feel mostly fine so far otherwise, and not my first pregnancy. I don’t remember this.
