Two ideas (hesitate to call them recipes...):

1) mix equal parts brown sugar and dijon mustard in a bowl until it turns to a thick liquid (a little looser than honey). Sprinkle filets with salt and pepper, then spoon mixture onto salmon. Bake at 375 for about 18 minutes. My toddlers go nuts over this.

2) chop up kalamata olives & sundried tomatoes, toss in a bowl with some feta. Spoon mixture on top of salmon and bake at 375 for about 18 minutes. Dont pile it too high or the top of the salmon won't cook (learned from experience...). You can add fresh herbs if you have them on hand.

I don't know the exact recipe (my wife makes it) but I really like one that's done in a miso marinade and cooked in the oven with bread crumbs on top. I also like one she does with a honey mustard glaze.

We make salmon in parchment. Marinate or add spices/seasonings, wrap in paper and bake at 375 for 10-12 min. It always comes out perfectly done.

Air fryer salmon.

Garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika. Air fryer at 400 for 10 minutes. Serve with mash avocado, rice, kewpie Mayo and siracha.

We use the same Salmon from Costco. I marinate it in pesto for a few hours then cook under the broiler for a couple minutes each side. You may have cut them in half to ensure they’re cooked through. Or you could bake them. Wd gave with rice and a vegetable.

I usually do 15 minutes at 400, or 25 minutes at 350, depending on if I am cooking something else alongside the fillets.

I like the NYT brown sugar & dijon recipe, or just salt, pepper, and herbs with lemon slices.

I always do oven at 350 (convection) for max 20 min. Usually take out at 16-18 and its just perfect. Need to cover the top though. I do a mix of honey and miso or sliced lemons.

If the salmon is baked at 375 for 18-20 minutes it should not dry out.
We like to cook it on the grill on a cedar plank. Another easy thing is to use Costco mango salsa.

I have some thawed Costco salmon fillets and need a recipe idea. My oven recipes turn out dry. I can do blackened salmon for moist, but would like to try something new.
