It’s interesting someone said the inside of the crv is junk ? I thought that inside was nicer than the RAV4?

The dealer tried to convince me to look at the venza but it seems to get bad reviews?

I'm trying to decide right now.

The RAV4 was too narrow and uncomfortable.

I love the Honda CRV but now I'm thinking about the Toyota Venza.

I have not looked at the Hyundai.

Yes for sure seats more comfortable

However the Rav rear seats lay flat new CRV configuration is horrible. Does not lay flat. I needed to put a dog kennel med sized in the back nope won't fit. It fits very well in our 2013 CRV.

Also the inside of the CRV is now junk.

The Tucson is really configured the best of the three for the price point. But the Rav will last forever

Have you seen the 2023 it is crap inside.
And the back seats do not lay flat anymore.

And Honda's reliability is in the tank.

Tons of people we know have bought the Tucson because of price point, amount of features, and usability ie cargo space. The fire issues? That was in 2015 for Tucson.

The Hyundai takes about 6 weeks in MD to get one once on the list for a hybrid.

Rav 4 will be most reliable of the three. However you are correct uncomfortable in previous models. 2023 does come with a new slate of safety features cargo area heads and tails better than the other two. Takes about 6 months or more to get a hybrid.

Honda has had real issues the last 8 years and getting worse. The inside of the CRV is complete junk and there is not a flat space in the cargo area when seats of folded major design flaw from previous models. I have a 2018 Honda crv and I’m happy with it, I’ve done oil changes but no major maintenance issues. Not sure what you mean about the last 8 years….

Looking at all these vehicles ? Any thoughts ? Would like a hybrid model but it may be hard to get?

My thoughts-

Rav4 - have prior good experience w Toyotas but thought the rav4 was kind of uncomfortable, loud, and more basic on tech

Tucson - was impressed w the interior and tech , but concerned about Hyundai history of issues w engine fires

Crv- more comfortable than the rav4 and mire standard safety features. Maybe learning towards this over the Tucson, which I liked but felt like a riskier choice ?
