Restorative yoga is more supported, less intense, more meditative.
Then you have your strengthening yoga and your flow yoga where it can be almost cardio like depending onbhow fast you go through the sun salutations.

only if you can find the right instructor - at least for me. I am a large breasted woman and have injured my back because of ill informed instructors. I have found it difficult to find quality instructors who pay attention to those of us who are somewhat inflexible and have a body type that is not the usual yoga body type.
