It’s not! We both wfh. He’s just usually up early. He won’t sleep with the door closed so he hears us shuffling about. Can try earlier bedtime.
Can you stay in your room longer or not shuffle around until he is awake?
My son is a super light sleeper and I have given up early morning workouts because no matter what I wake him up occasionally and he is a disaster that afternoon. My husband and I both stay in bed until we are ok with the kids getting up. It won’t be forever.
