Ok thank you all. Very helpful.

I’ve never been able to order the foil catering trays at my local chick fil a. Only if you do a whole party.

Regardless I will buy the night before, heat in morning—I have empty foil containers—and put in a hot bag. Then I’ll drive it around all morning, and grab it out of the car between concert and party.

You can't get nuggets delivered that early. Buy the night before, reheat and store in insulated container.

I'd get them delivered. Chik Fil A delivers, and you can also order them on Uber Eats.

McDonalds McNuggets don’t reheat well. Please don’t serve those reheated. Chick fil a might be better or buy some frozen dinosaur chicken nuggets and rcook and put in insulated container.

Buy night before, heat up in the oven and transport in an insulated carrier.

How would you do this?
I signed up to bring 30 chicken nuggets to the preschool party. Store bought from ChickFila, McDonald’s etc. Party starts at 10. I thought, I have between 8:45-10 to get them.

Now I realize there is a school wide Christmas concert at 9 am.

I finish dropping off my middle schooler at 8:45. Now… even if I could get that arranged, I also drop off the preschooler (whom the party is for) between 8:10-8:30. Closer to 8:30 is the reality.

Do I buy them the night before? Isn’t that gross? Food safety a concern? And, how would I heat them up if I’m busy all morning?
