If a white kid is a victim - then and only then will there be an uproar. But a white victim is highly unlikely bc non white kids know not to fool with white kids bc the white kids have parents with money and can demand action and lawyer up and the non white kids aren’t going to jail for some dumb white kid. And if you think this is made up or ridiculous, you haven’t lived in Alexandria City.

Why would anyone think this was made up? It's logical. The kids who are causing problems are troubled, not stupid.

The prosecution is being directed by Glen Youngkin’s AG, not Loudoun County. It’s all political theater, just like the teacher email reporting. Public school teachers and administrators are direct targets of this Governor. I’m confident the charges won’t hold.

No one else was charged because no one else lied in front of a grand jury.

It’s never the action that gets you - it’s always the coverup. Just ask Nixon.

Normally that is true. But doesn't apply if you're the city council, mayor wilson, Hutchings or the school board and a kid was raped in a school bathroom and you covered it up.

It's absolute bs that he is being charged. This is sick political theater and he should sue.

Again, there is reasonable evidence that he broke the law. That's why he's been charged. If you think he is wrongly accused please explain why he didn't break the law.

I know that Alexandrians think it's fine when a bathroom rape is covered up but the reality is that it isn't.

UMC Parents in ACPS think it will never happen to their kids, who apparently never see any fighting, who are never affected by all the ACPS problems, because they self segregate, are in self-appointed honors classes, and don't go to Bradlee after school.

They put a sign in their yard, join PTAC, and do whatever the school board and Wilson say. It is insane. A child, a 9th grader, was gang raped, which is on par, if not worse than what happened in Loudon. But there is no outrage, why? Because she was hispanic? because people think it was "crew" (aka gang) related? I don't know. But it severely bothers me that it was just allowed to be swept under the rug. So was the kid who was shot in the stomach and passed out in Duck Donuts, or the kid who was stabbed (on video) at Bradlee. Nothing changes. No real uproar. No parents demanding action at school board meetings, really demanding, like the father dragged out of the LCPS meeting of whom we have all seen the photo. No protests, No signs for that.

Is this sarcasm, or are you just ignorant of what actually happened out in LCPS?

Why? There are laws and there is evidence that he (and the spokesperson) broke them.

With the LCPS former superintendent being charged, I am wondering if the former superindtendent and our board chair who doesn't send her kids to ACPS will ever be held accountable.
