Can't speak to authenticity, but we've ordered a bunch of stuff from https://chefevakronenburg.com/ out in Sterling and found it all delicious. Spanish bread, flan donuts, ube cheesecake, and sans rival cake have been my faves.

We got pandan crinkle cookies from a Filipino food truck. Does Gwenie’s have them?


Gwenie’s only has chocolate and ube crinkle cookies.

I just saw a new restaurant opened in Annandale, Sari Filipino Kosinsk if anyone reading this thread is interested. Looked good. They had a jackfruit ube pudding on the dessert menu.

Gwenie's is classic and amazing and a good deal. You could also get fancy modern updates at Rose Ave Bakery downtown.
