She’s ready.
When my 2.5 year old DS peed in the shower to imitate his 5 year old brother, I knew he was ready and he potty trained very soon after.
IMHO at this point it’s more about the parent being ready than the kid - it’s mentally so tough to stay positive and encouraging. What worked for us were special potty stickers (small smiley face ones in different colors so he could pick his favorite every time) — not the m&m’s that I thought would be a sure bet with this sweets-loving kid. Days 1-3 were so hard with him peeing on the floor quite a bit but it clicked on day 4.
Poop took longer with this kid. What worked for that was letting him pick a big prize and putting it in the house where he could “visit” it. He came to look at it daily and I told him he could have it when he pooped on the potty. It took a week or two but as soon as he did it, he asked for the toy and he got to open it.

Positive reinforcement. Potty treats, little toys, etc... Find what motivates her.

We have been trying oh crap block 1. It is problematic for us because there is a baby sibling and she holds her pee until I am forced to turn my back on her. I can watch her 90% of the time, not 100%. We've already had no life trying to do this for four days. When I catch her peeing on the floor and put her on the potty she stops peeing.

You need to do a method that doesn’t involve taking her to the potty at scheduled intervals. Just do oh crap / commando. It is effective and really isn’t that messy.

Oh no, she’s totally ready. Some kids are just hard! Keep going and do not go back to diapers.
Commando and accidents worked super well for my 3 kids. I did oh crap for them all. They didn’t have as many accidents as I feared (I’m sort of a clean freak). The accidents were usually near the toilet. One of my kids was a lost cause on days 1-3 and then day 4 only had one accident and then never had any more. When you think things are hard, just keep going. You’re probably at the bottom and can only go up.

We are on the fourth day of potty training with only one pee in the potty (during screen time).
She has had a few accidents where she waiting for me to briefly leave the room. She is also a camel. She can hold her pee for hours.
She can pull down pants. Should I just do commando and let her have accidents? Have her sit on the potty every hour? Any tips?
She is extremely motivated for sugar normally but bribes are not working. She doesn't seem to be defiant. She just doesn't get it.
Any "She's not ready!!!" comments will be ignored. I do not want a 3 year old in diapers period.
