t least he potty trained at 3.

If you’re working all day while your 3 yo is running around the house unsupervised then I’d say some pee on the pants is a good outcome.

Skip the pull up, use underpants. They are easier to pull down

Apologies for not explaining a bit better. I do try and help him whenever I can tell he's trying to go, or when he tells me. But, he's currently at the stage where he wants to try and go to the bathroom on his own, VERY often. I work a full-time job from home, so I try and stay on top of this when I can. The person who is watching him while you work can't help?

Respectfully, if you’re trying to work a full time job and also supervise your three year old, that’s the problem. There is no pull up that can fix that.

My just 3 year old asks for help completely removing his pants and undies still. Otherwise he pees on the back of his pants still about 25% of the time. It’s not a big deal, if it happens we just get him clean pants.

There is a learning curve. He'll get there. Or he'll start standing up to go... which is a similar kind of problem.

He’s so little and it’s hard to pull pants down by yourself. Go help him!

My 3 year old is about 80% potty trained. He wears pull-ups in the daytime, and is happy to try and go on the potty by himself.

BUT, our latest conundrum is that he'll often go by himself, but he doesn't pull down his pull-up far enough, and ends up peeing on it and/or his pants. The end result is a messy combination of some pee ending up in the toilet, and some winding up in his pull-up.

I've tried to explain to him the importance of pulling down his pull-up *completely* but this still happenes almost every time. Does anyone have any brilliant suggestions on how to solve this?
