So, my insurance wouldn't cover Saxenda, so my doctor put me on Qsymia to suppress appetite and cravings. Lower dose for 2 weeks, then higher dose....at first it was wonderful. A little dizzy, but my body adjusted. Then at the higher dose, food started tasting awful, I was nauseous all of the time, insomnia, etc... I do not recommend it!! I am having a follow up with doctor this week....hoping to find a cheaper way to get onto Mounjaro than join Calibrate. (On a good note, I have been eating less and exercising daily, so I have lost 15#!)
