Everyone can sort through arrest data, crime data, and calls for service data on https://data.montgomerycountymd.gov

Case search has court data including bond amount.

In the case OP is referring to, the defendant was arrested for a handgun in November and got released on $5,000 unsecured bond. Didn’t have to pay a thing to walk out. And was just arrested for murder a few days ago. While out pending trial.

Last name from database is Yaque-del-cid

Arrested a few days ago, for a murder that happened on November 9, before he was arrested for the handgun charge on November 10th (https://casesearch.courts.state.md.us/casesearch/inquiryDetail.jis?caseId=D06CR22007455&loc=24&detailLoc=ODYCRIM). The November 9th murder charge is probably related to this: https://www2.montgomerycountymd.gov/mcgportalapps/Press_Detail_Pol.aspx?Item_ID=42399. Based on the case search data, it doesn't look like he committed the murder while released on bail for the other charges.

Just looking at arrest data isn't going to show you that, though.

In DC crime mapping is super easy thanks to the Crime Cards site, but haven’t seen anything similar for Montgomery Coubty, just data that is hard to map

Generally speaking, the higher crime areas are everything east of the railroad tracks to Norbeck Rd. Then Montgomery Village and Germantown.

This. MoCo (especially east MoCo) is going downhill quickly, and crime is creeping into the nice parts of west MoCo.

Rockville sucks too. Carjackings, stabbings, and I think three murders so far this year, which is very un-Rockville like. Their police department is falling apart and half the cops have left. They got rid of their midnight shift and now cops are working two 12 hour shifts. Imagine how miserable that is.

Their brains aren't fully developed.
No one died.
Locking them up isn't going to solve anything.
I read a story once about how someone like that went on to win the Nobel Prize.
It's just as dangerous in rural areas.

Any more excuses I forgot?

Let me preface by saying I hate guns, but gun charges (depending on what they were) aren't normally offenses that would lead to "lock him up". A good R would know this. If it was, you'd have a ton of people in red states in prison for having illegal obtained guns.

I’m beginning to see more instances if people arrested and given slaps on the wrist going onto commit more serious crime . If you look at the daily arrests a guy was arrested for murder yesterday. On November 11th the same guy was arrest on gun charges but he was free to go on to kill someone
