Just add ketchup or vinegar ... And, yum!

I got them for the first time this week and loved them with a fried egg and sliced avocado.

I pop them in the toaster for a few rounds. They get nice and crispy and it’s so easy. I only eat them by themselves or with eggs though, can’t think of anything else I’d want to have them with.

We broil them to get them nice and crispy!

Can't you just cook them and eat as is?

They are McDonald’s style hash brown patties. Normally I put them in an egg sandwich but I already had two eggs this morning. Any good ideas to incorporate the hash brown into a heavy snack or lunch?
