You should be able to connect to Google photos, but I've found that sometimes I'm missing photos, so I save the ones I want locally and then upload them directly to shutterfly.

Forever has excellent quality. Must wait for a sale though. They are pretty frequent (40% off or free extra pages).

I’ve had good experiences with Mixbooks.

Shutterfly. Wait for their unlimited page sales.

I've used Shutterfly multiple times for books, and have been impressed with the options and quality.

How much control do you want over layout and design? From my experience with google photo books, you're caged in with basic layouts and a max of 4 pictures per page. My husband makes me a google photobook for Mother's Day every year, and the quality is good, but it's very basic.

Alternatively, I used Shutterfly to make baby books, and liked how customizable the layouts were. You can use generic templates or you can create your own. Uploading and managing photos is more of a hassle though.

I have had great luck with chat books. Very easy to use and the quality has always been really good. They have also held up well. My kids love to look at them and they haven’t ripped or creased in weird places.

Has anyone here ordered a google photo book and is it good quality? Or do you have any other site to recommend? (does not have to be done in time for Xmas)
