LOVE BlackSalt in Palisades, Rangos in Tysons also has good ceviche with great quality fish. If you're not scared of making it yourself, I'd also recommend getting whatever sashimi grade fish you can from a place like BlackSalt, Lobster Maine-ia, or another fishmonger and making it yourself. That ensures it is fresh. Wegmans also has sushi grade yellowtail.
