According to Gallup 21% of Gen Z (which would be kids applying to college) identify as LGBTQ. So 15% would not even reflect the demographics of applicant pool.

Also, this data is useless as no individual AO office aligns with this demographic profile exactly. Would be more helpful to know specific college, and even then, who knows what the profile of the particular reader(s) your kid would get.

Let’s not worry about stuff we can’t figure out the implications of.
