I am ok with many things left outside but not fresh salad or salsa. You can risk it since it was unopened, & if it still seems fresh to you. I’d definitely toss if it was opened. But this I’d lean towards tossing.

Yes, perfectly fine. Fermentation enhances the flavor.

The ingredients really aren't that perishable. I'm sure it's fine but it might have a shortened life in the fridge. It might get wilted and watery more quickly than usual.

Fine. That would take a long time to go bad due to acidity

It's fine. Tomatoes are acidic. Spoiled veggies like that produce bubbles and have a carbonated taste.

Large Sam's Club container that was never opened was left on the table last night. It is not a shelf stable jar but one that comes from the refrigerator section (excellent btw). It was out for about 8 hours. I opened it and it smells fine but...
