My boys wear all vuori and several of their friends have switched over from UA/Nike/etc because the vuori stuff looks much nicer. Of course it’s $$$, so if your kid doesn’t care, I wouldn’t buy it.

My teen boys are more "outdoorsy" (hiking, camping, etc.) rather than athletic (basketball, lacrosse, etc.) but they wear a lot from American Eagle, Patagonia, and Columbia.

My teen boy wears Uniqlo, Vans, and superdry

My son doesn’t really care, but recently I discovered Uniqlo and they have some good styles. They have a store in Tysons, maybe get him a gift card and let him go pick out some things for himself.

Dick's Sporting Goods is a good resource. My teens wear Nike, Champion, and a little Adidas. Starting to like Patagonia. And mixing in a flannel shirt or two. Dick's also has their DSG store brand that's a bit more affordable and good to mix in for sweatpants, etc.

To the poster asking about jackets, any is fine. My teen rarely wears one and has an off brand from Amazon. He may wear it twice all winter.

Under Armour, Nike, Champion, Adidas are what my teen boy wants to wear.

Occasionally I can sneak in some look-alike Target or Old Navy but mostly I stick to the above and try to look for sales.

I have an athletic teen who does not seem to care much about clothes. He wears mostly joggers and sweatshirts. He definitely needs new some new winter clothes.

What is “in” these days?

He used to wear Abercrombie, under armor, Nike, north face, etc. I don’t know if it matters but we live in McLean. He prefers athletic clothes.

Any cool jacket brands?

I think he has a north face and patagonia jacket from last year.
