Whatever platform you send the picture on has other x-rated pictures on it.

Is it a porn hosting site? [/quote

Newborn skin is weird. Blood pools and it gets discolored and blotchy. But agree to send to your pediatrician to confirm it's normal weirdness.

Don't send the pictures to DCUM. Send them to your Dr

Hi op, I think most of us meant send a photo to your pediatrician when we mentioned sharing a photo. It’s likely benign but worth sending an email to your pediatrician with the photos you got attached.

I would ask for peace of mind. My daughter had the Mongolian splotch mostly on her bum and lower back, but did have a few dime size spots here & there as well.

It is probably benign. Babies have all kinds of weird marks. But I agree with PP to send a photo.

They were there at the 4 week visit - I think. She didn't say anything honestly forgot to say anything. So much going on

I agree to just send an email and a picture. I've never had this on my newborns and it would be odd for a newborn to get a bruise. That doesn't mean it's a problem but with newborns it's better to ere on the safe side.

5 week old has discoloration on both knees kind of in the same spot. Feels soft, cartilage? He was 6 weeks early. Small round brownish darker spot. Also on his elbows kind of in the spot. Is this just a newborn joint thing?? He dies have Mongolian spots by him bum. Is this related? Could it be From tummy time?
