We have we have a Traeger and love it. Super simple to use, and we utilize it for everything from “normal” smoking of meat, to baking and pizza.

Green Egg or Kamodo Joe. You don't want products where the heat isn't retained evenly or the venting mechanisms don't control temp right. I had never smoked meat before we got the egg and I love it.
