Not always true. I use Native, and it has destroyed my white T's. It is a deodorant, not an antiperspirant.

It’s your antiperspirant. The ingredients create a yellow stain. Switch to a good regular deodorant and you’ll be fine.

wash the area with dawn dish soap as it breaks down all greasy stuff.

You may need to submerge in a solution a couple of times and scrub a bit. Then just use oxyclean, baking soda and original tide powder (not the pods as they have oily softners) and wash with a couple of extra rinse cycles.

Sweat wicking exercise gears trap a lot of grease and moisture with their wicking action. As a result you have the gunk buildup.

Another product you can use is Neurtogena Residue removing shampoo. It really strips out products from scalp, hair and any fiber.

Soak in Borax and laundry sanitizer for a few hours. Then wash in cool/warm water. Line dry.

Seems counterintuitive but stop wearing antiperspirant deodorant. My workout shirts used to get literally crusty with caked up antiperspirant after a while and it was gross.

Yeah, mine too. and they smell sometimes, too, despite the fact that I wash everything after I wear it.

I scrub. I bought a biofilm remover to at least get rid of the stink. Less than stellar results.

I would use a spot treatment (even something basic like Dawn dish soap) and consider changing deodorant. Some shirts are just more prone to staining.

I noticed my exercise shirts have been getting permanently stained in the arm pit. Is it my deodorant or is it just life when you exercise? I like to wear black pants and light shirts from Lululemon. Any advice?
