Even so, binging won’t help you feel better so it’s best to avoid. I totally get the urge to eat emotionally, but try to steer yourself away from it. Focus on seeing food as only fuel and nutrition, and look for comfort in non-food avenues—wrapping yourself in a warm and soft blanket, taking a hot bath, getting a massage, stretching, listening to guided meditations, etc. You’re gonna be okay!

OP when I eat junk or sweets then that is what I crave. If you can go back to eating healthily for 5 days, then your body will start craving healthy foods again. Good luck and don't beat yourself up.

I’ve been really healthy last few years - successful with weight loss.

I’m being challenged right now - some marital issues and blah job and not sure of way out
