The thought of doing another cycle - FET or IVF to bank more embryos seems so unappealing right now because I am just exhausted from the past few cycles. I don’t know much about Asherman’s but I did have a hysteroscopy for retained placenta. My RE seems to think it isn’t a problem but I can’t help but wonder after two failed transfers.
After the hysteroscopy did they confirm that there was no retained tissue and no scarring? Did you do a follow up saline sonogram? The treatment for ashermans is done through a hysteroscopy so it seems like ashermans should have been ruled out after the hysteroscopy you already had. Also you might do an endometrial biopsy to see if the retained placenta caused an infection in the uterine lining.
