Yuck. Get a set of Tupperware that lets you separate all your ingredients, including dressing, and put the salad together when you're ready to eat it.

Are you compiling the salad before refrigerating it? I would keep most of the toppings separate and mix them together when you're ready to eat.
Maybe this is my problem - I’ve been trying to do mason jar salads and they just taste so…meh the next day.

Every Sunday I prep my lunches for the week, with hearty salads and fruit and sometimes another side. The salads have lots of different veggies and nuts or seeds and a protein. They look beautiful and delicious as I pop them into the fridge.
By noon on Monday, however, whatever I made the day before is the last thing I want to eat! I usually still want a salad, but I want one made by someone else, like the work cafeteria or Sweetgreen. Thoughts on/fixes for what is probably a psychological problem I have?
