have you not run searches for language schools near you, or ASL teachers, etc? DCUM is not the only source of this kind of info.
It is not a matter of finding a language course - there are many. The challenge is finding one that MCPS will accept for credit!
A few years ago, I had a number of students who were from international families and completing the educational program for their home country while enrolled in MCPS. All were fluent in a home language not taught in MCPS. The families all tried to get MCPS to grant credit for Greek, Modern Hebrew, Portuguese, etc. with no success.
