Thanks! I got sucked in by some of their scare tactic about wire crates.
I want to find a crate where I can put my hand in easily at night (from bed, if puppy is fussing) so will be looking.
We have a wire crate and a fabric crate. The amazon brand fabric crate has an opening at the top.
Thanks, I have seen the fabric amazon ones! May get one especially for car transport the first few months.

She sleeps in it every night and we move it around a lot because my kids take turns having her in their rooms. It is heavy to lift but moves on wheels so easy to move between rooms on the same level, and when we go away for the weekend to our vacation home it collapses which is great.

I ask because this is the one we were looking at, but at the time they didn’t have the larger crate available, so we bought a small one for training our puppy and planned to move up to the Revol once it was available and he was bigger. I’m so glad we waited because my dog doesn’t need to be crated at all. He’s so calm and not at all destructive, so we would’ve wasted all that money. It’s expensive, but it looks really nice.
