I would crack a few eggs not it, mix in some milk, and either bake it in a casserole dish or form into Pattie’s and pan fry.

Brine a pork loin and take a long knife and cut a + shaped hole into it. You may have to cut into it from both ends to hollow it out. Take fennel, chop into batons and sautee. Add hydrated bread crumbs, fig jam, salt, pepper, and balsamic glaze to taste. Stuff the fig stuffing into the pork loin and roast.

It's always a smash hit for us.

Grind it up in your food processor and make breadcrumbs. Use these for turkey (or other) meatloaf.

Toss with oil, roast in the oven for a few minutes, and make Thanksgiving-seasoned croutons. Eat on top of a kale salad with cranberries and goat cheese.

Savory french toast casserole/bread pudding. Mix with eggs and milk and a can of cranberry sauce. Chop in some brie for extra richness. Bake for an hour or so.

I love stuffing with celery and onions so could make that, but curious about the other recipe possibilities.
