I have had a dentist lighten my teeth and also use Crest White Strips. I find crest white strips are great. But I also don’t have really stained teeth. I drink my coffee black, which is much easier on teeth than coffee with milk. The whitening gel the dentist used made it almost impossible to fix a broken cap because bonding isn’t made as white as my teeth.

I have very sensitive teeth, so Zoom isn’t an option for me. I am hesitant to use any dentist at home treatments due to my sensitivity. I hate my yellow teeth but am too afraid as whitening treatments increase sensitivity.

Crest white strips have worked well enough for me over the years that I’ve never felt the need to try any of the more advanced in office treatments.

In some cases, such as staining caused by antibiotic use as a child, you cannot whiten them.

Thanks. I'll check these out and the aura blue led light seems to speed up the process. The remebrandt toothpaste sounds good too. I added to my cart!

My dentist recommends the Crest 3D White mouthwash. I use it right before bed (do not brush, eat, or drink after using it) and I've seen a noticeable difference over the past few months.

Crest white strips. I’ve asked about in office whitening a few times and they’re always like “just use white strips.”

If you really want to whiten and are willing to pay for it, your dentist has options. I’ve done the at-home whitening from my dentist and it worked very well.

Has anyone tried this Rembrandt product, specifically the Deeply White version? It’s about $8.50 at Target.

Interesting. I was hoping to hear about the in-office Zoom treatments. Supposedly shades lighter in 45 mins

Anyone do a dentist office treatment?

My teeth are already white ish but when I need a refresh I use a whitening mouth wash, rinse and then brush my teeth with the mouth wash still on my teeth. It works!

I’m open to any and all ideas….have heard about the Snow White big kits, crest white strips, at home remedies…

What have you tried that really works? TIA!
