Don’t you need Background checks and stuff? Also, we are in Montgomery county which could be difficult to commute.
The poster wrote fcps as an example. Surely, you could understand the point was to substitute at whatever local school system you're in (re: commuting could be difficult).
And is your kid was a counselor for summer camp, then surely you could consider looking into winter break camps.
Not sure why this is so difficult....
