My husband wants to grill burgers tonight, and I said fine. He's not into leftovers. We made the smallest turkey we could find. I might make a turkey soup this weekend with what's left, but maybe not.

Thanksgiving just makes me constipated.

Anyone have a great turkey soup recipe beyond the basic carrot/celery/egg noodles ones?

Usually, I do a chowder with the corn and potatoes.

Had leftover apple pie for breakfast this morning. Finished the cornbread and cranberry sauce at lunch time. The only leftovers that are still here are a few chocolate chip cookies.

We do this, too. So good.

Trying this for the first time tonight! With cranberry cocktails and leftover apple pie, yum!

Going to make a Turkey pot pie for dinner tonight. Breakfast was a little Turkey, stuffing, spinach casserole with lots of homemade gravy soaking it all in a single bowl. SO GOOD!

The turkey sandwich with cranberry sauce is basic but key. I'm also a huge fan of green turkey chili but it sounds like we're having some other green chili my dad has in the freezer with dinner tonight (spending a long weekend at my parents'), so that may be a no-go.

No more duck, but we'll reheat what DD calls "horseback potatoes", as well as my son's Brussels sprouts with bacon bits. Both scrumptious.

I’m making a big pot of turkey soup for my poor sick missed thanksgiving teen.

How are you using leftovers? We had leftover baked potatoes sliced about a half inch length-wise and fried in butter in a cast iron skillet for breakfast. So simple and so good, crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside.

What else?
