I suggested the dip, but part of it depends on how many people you are serving. If you have a lot, making crab and artichoke dip and stuffing it into little mushroom caps would be a delicious way to stretch it.

OK hot dish-artichoke parmesan dip with crabmeat. You can compose ahead of time and heat it whenever.
