Bar Amazonia. Cannot say enough good things about this place.

I have also heard Sura is really good, but can’t vouch for it myself.

Would love a recommendation for a new or newish great restaurant for me and DH for my birthday. Something that doesn’t require a reservation multiple months in advance since we’ll be going sometime in December. I’m a bit out of the loop on what’s new and/or fabulous in DC right now. No budget, looking for great food and wine/cocktails.
