Honors results have already been sent to music teachers. Still waiting for Jr All State results. MS All County deadlines were extended. Teachers can nominate students up to December 2 and kids can upload their recordings through 12/5. So at best, we will know who is accepted by winter break.

Which grade level? My child auditioned for the all-county Junior honors band (7th-9th grade) and got the results from their teacher last week. The senior honors band (10-12 grade) auditions were a week later, so results may not be out yet. There is also a middle school band; I don’t know the timeline this year for that, but last year rehearsals started in November. In any case, your child’s teacher should get and share the results. My son tried for the Montgomery county All honors band. When does he know if he was selected and does his music teacher gets the result from the county?
