What is he interested in?

At our HS, AP Gov is a ton of work due to the concept card homework. More than any other AP my kid has taken, including World and Lang. Supported by the estimated hours of homework per class provided by the school.

It really depends on the teacher.

Ap Computer Science, AP Psychology were easiest for my kids (one compared Comp Sci to a study hall).

Economics is a tougher one-most do not get 5s on their exams

My sophomore has found both of those (AP Gov and AP CSP) much easier than AP US History. And they both also satisfy graduation requirements, so you’d kill two birds with one stone.

I agree with AP CS Principles and AP Gov.
AP Human Geography is another relatively easy AP.

AP Computer Science Principles is easy and counts for the tech credit. A lot of kids start with AP Government & Politics, which is easier than History.

My kid is an average student with straights A’s in mcps. He hasn’t taken an AP yet.

In thinking about what to take next year, I’m curious what average kids take? One? Two?

Which are easiest? Psychology? Economics?

I assume English and History are heavy lifts.
