I have 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 pound weights. Costco sells sets sometimes.

+1

I have 10s, 20s, and 30s - but I have a long strength-training habit. Five and 10 pound dumbbells are a great place to start. They also have bodyweight strength classes, too.

Personally, I started with 5, 7 and 9lbs. Heavier is also good for lower body and chest, 12-15lbs.

Don’t forgot 3lb weights, you can use those for the rides that have arms and shoulders

I want to start doing strength workouts at home with the Peloton. Right now I'm just using it for biking (which I love) but I want to add strength to my routine.

What equipment do I need for their classes? I think I'm going to ask DH to get it for me for xmas
