For what reason? Does one purchase this intending to commit crime?

Then you get a ticket because you’re not paying attention. And you should. Because if you’re going to drive fast, you should be paying attention. If not, you should catch a ticket.

Has anyone else noticed more people using tinted license plate covers, ostensibly to conceal their plate number? I'm in the DC area and it seems like every other car has a tinted cover making license plates unreadable.
