I’m not sure why the snark. I have had a VERY rough last 2 months and neglected myself. I mean like kid had suicide attempt. He’s finally in a stable place and I’m trying to feel good for a wedding that I wasn’t even sure I could attend until last week. Appreciate the diet tips, your opinion is not helpful.
