I think that can be deceiving though. Unless it is a super small sweet potato, but most aren’t. If this is your snack of choice I would be careful of what size portion is 100 calories

My go-to is an apple with a few nuts or slice of hard cheese on the side.

Non fat Greek yogurt with spices to make a dip, and sliced veggies. The yogurt has protein and feel more indulgent than plain veggies.

Nonfat or low-fat Greek yogurt with a drizzle of honey and chia seeds

1 baby bell is 70 calories
1 small pack of pistachios is 120
1 medium, not over-ripe banana is 100 calories
an apple (depending on size) is even less

It's not rocket science, you can look these things up.
Look up the foods you like eating that do make you feel full and see how many you can have without overloading.

Fullness is about protein and fiber.

Grilled chicken strips
Hard boiled eggs
Turkey bacon
Celery
Fruit
Roasted chickpeas

Vegetable soup is a great snack. A serving is usually about 100 calories, but the veggies and liquid are very filling. Panera, Potbelly, and many Subways have vegetable soups under 120 calories a cup.
