The obvious answer is don't. This is a flat out stupid thing to do. But, if you're going to do this, try fasting instead. Try two 24 hour fasts per week for the next two weeks. Eat normally otherwise.

My Plate is great, and free. You can also track your basic macros - fat, protein, carbs.

If I were to do a 2 week diet for a wedding I would go low carb instead of calorie counting. And I hate low carb. But it will save you time and you'll look slimmer.
