Look at the back of your credit card. There should be a number to call. Do not click on random links.

There's nothing you can do about it. Just be vigilant and check your statements for any unauthorized charges. If you find one, call Chase and they'll remove the charge and issue you a new card with a new number. This just happened to me when Chase sent me an alert about an international charge that I didn't make.

Sounds like a scam. If your cc company knew you were hacked your account would probably be frozen

Hopefully, there is someway to login to the monitoring website without following their link. As for what website, there may not be an answer that could be given that would make sense. For instance, some dark web sites are advertising databases of consumer information. I get these alerts typically because my email address and some old passwords are in these databases.

Here's an example of what gets traded/sold/whatever on these sites:

It’s on my Chase Credit Journey notifications; I don’t think it is but it’s weird nonetheless !

I’d bet it’s a scam but, if you really think it might be legit, go to your local Chase branch with the info.
No way would I click in the link though.

I got an alert (on my credit card account, so it’s legit) that says:

Dark web alert. We found information on the dark web that may belong to you. Take a closer look and get steps to help protect your identity.

Compromised website: unknown

How the heck do I find out what site this is ?!
