He is pretty well known. He was in waffles and mochi and high on the hog, two Netflix shows. He also has a new book called kosher soul.

Why have I never heard of this guy? DC native, went to Howard, two-time James Beard Award winner (for cookbooks). Just watching him on TV. Never heard of him. I wonder why???
