Always a hit, and always expected:

Vegetable pizza using croissant rolls as a crust

I really pile on the chopped veggies, using mini carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower. But you can use whichever veggie's you'd like.

My family lives by the spinach dip recipe on the back of the Knorrs Vegetable Soup Mix. Mayo, sour cream, soup mix, spinach, scallions, water chestnuts. Get big circular Hawaiian roll bread, cut it into bread bowl to hold spinach dip. Use inside and another load for dipping.

I’m tasked with bringing some apps to Thanksgiving. I’ll make a little cheese plate, but what else is a hit at your house? I was thinking baked Brie or spinach/artichoke dip, but I know I won’t be able to use the oven. And personally I’d prefer to steer clear bc we have a cranky cook in there.

Ideas?
