My husband turns 50 soon and we want to host a gathering at a local restaurant or venue to celebrate. We expect around 50-65 guests. Upscale, cocktails, but not too stuffy. Funky is great. Any recommendations? We live in Bethesda, but DC or near MD are also fine.
