If helpful, when I met with Susan Howard virtually I asked on my neighborhood listserv and borrowed a scale from a friend to use for a few weeks. Agree that can be very helpful depending on the issue. If you go in person to Susan’s support groups she also has a scale there so you can do a weighted feed during group

Susan Howard is extremely good at what she does and is VERY good at virtual visits. She has all sorts of systems in place and they work incredibly well, in my experience.

She also has free twice weekly support groups that can be a great way to start getting some advice fast (still recommend a 1:1 visit as well but this is a great support system). In-person or on Zoom.

You can text her and tell her a neighbor referred you: +1 (617) 922-5917

Thank you!
