It's open season and I'm leaving Kaiser. I'm interested in weight loss prescriptions (Wegovy?), health clinics, food plans, whatever people have found useful. If your insurance helped, what insurance do you have?

I'm obese but not, so far as I know, diabetic. I've done WW, Noom, LoseIt, etc.
